I wanted to thank you for all your help with our custom kayak rack from Kayracks.com. Your product is fantastic. It's beautifully engineered and very well fabricated. I spent quite a bit of time researching available kayak storage solutions and Kayracks products are far and away the best I was able to find.

Despite the fact that you hadn't yet sold a rack in Connecticut, your professionalism and dedication to helping me solve my kayak storage issue by modifying your stock six boat rack allayed any concerns. Your flexibility and desire to provide me with a great customer experience was evident from that first discussion. From concept to delivery you provided excellent customer service with regular updates, clear and concise pricing and precise scheduling and shipment information.

While many companies have little interest in customization, Kayracks went above and beyond to design and fabricate a rack that would allow us to "roll" all of our boats down to the beach. To accommodate us, Kayracks fabricated their first fully-customized six boat rack with detachable 10" pneumatic casters.

Without issue, the rack was shipped directly to our door in Connecticut. I'm not sure that I've ever seen a more careful and deliberate packing job - even for fine furniture. Your attention to detail in packaging the rack for shipment was truly amazing.

Once out of the custom-made wooden crate, The rack went together quickly and easily. From the machined threading on the connection rods to the fine attention to detail on the custom castor plates to the beautiful and symmetric welds, the Kayrack is an extraordinarily well-made piece. The attention to detail throughout is truly impressive.

We wheeled the rack down to the beach with five boats and paddles aboard. It worked as we planned, so getting the boats up and down will be easy now.

We love the rack and have truly enjoyed working with you. We'll do our best to spread the word up here!

Kayracks built the rack for my trailer that I use for my kayak fishing business. In my efforts to find a rack system to store and transport my kayak fleet, I never found anyone who made a rack system that is as durable and designed for the ease of loading and unloading the watercraft.
